5-6cm Redline Torpedo Barb.
Latin Name: Sahyadria Denisonii.
Water Quality: Water temperature will need to be between 15° - 25°C with a pH of 6.8 - 7.8.
Compatability: It’s a schooling species by nature and really should be kept in a group of at least 8-10 specimens. Can be mixed with most peaceful fish too large to be considered food
Diet: As a Omnivorus species a mixed diet including meat based and vegitable matter for optimal nutrition. You can get food with these ingredients such as flake, small pellet, wafer mix and frozen or live food.
Originally from parts of western India.A tightly-fitting cover is also important, as this fish is an accomplished jumper.
