Polka Dot/Kubotai Botia

4-5cm Polka Dot/Kubotai Botia.
Latin Name: Botia Kubotai.

Water Quality: Will require a water temperature of 22°C - 28°C with a water pH between 6 - 7.5.

Compatability: Not especially agressive but may intimidate smaller fish due to its size and high activity. Slower long finned fish should be avoided such as bettas and guppies as trailing fins can be nipped.

Diet: omnivours so a varied diet of dry foods and live or frozen bloodworm, tubiflex and atemia will be required to promote optimal health and coloration. 

Endemic to headwaters of the Salween River basin around the border between Myanmar and Thailand.
